On my van I started having some issues a few months ago and it finally died yesterday. I went to a local store (Princess Auto) and bought the same fuse holders that I have seen used on the internet to make this bypass cable. Installed in the rear power outlet fuse and the pump relay fuse spots...

Just an update to this dead thread that may help some. I bought the whole assembly from Rock auto for $25 CDN and it included the bulb. That is half the dealer price for just the bulb ! https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=4922997&cc=1504648&jsn=1033
  4. Is this the reason the transmissions fail in these vans?

    5th. Generation Chrysler Minivans: 2008-2019
The lines on my van were leaking for the last four years and I just replaced them this year before a trip to Florida. Easy job and they were only $118 CDN from the dealer.

For those who used the bypass cable, is all that is going on is running a hot wire to the fuel pump fuse?

    5th. Generation Chrysler Minivans: 2008-2019
Yes sir. I had to have the trans reprogrammed twice within the first year and the heads were done in the second year. The van goes to Florida every spring and has been to ON from the east coast at least a dozen times. Mind you it has had a fair amount of work but I do it myself. Has had 6 wheel...

Even though the van has great lighting (2011 Caravan using Phillips extreme vision bulbs in both high and low beams) Are there any bulb or housings I can get to replace the crappy factory PSX24W lights? Has anyone swapped in the projector lights from a T&C ?(if any good) These lights will ONLY...

    5th. Generation Chrysler Minivans: 2008-2019
We have a 2011 Caravan Crew and during the winter a chunk of ice was hit on the road damaging the bumper, right inner fender, lower front valance and the plastic splash guard covering the serpentine belt. I repaired everything but could not locate a belt guard let alone a part number for said...
  11. For those who soldered their dash

    4th. Generation Chrysler Minivans: 2001-2007
I bought a BCM, installed it and was still the same. Assuming that it was just a power issue I took the fuse block out to check it. I found some corrosion, cleaned it up and put it back together and still nothing. I checked for power at all the fuses and found none at the hazard fuse. I hooked a...

First off, thank you to all who have posted helpfull info on this site. I am so glad I stumbled across it. I took my inst cluster apart in hops of fixing my dead gauges. I tested the board first and found no problems but I re-soldered it anyway. I put it back in and it is still dead. My...
