Today, the headlights did start working, and so did the windshield washer system...im going to remove the FCM and...

  4. Intermittent no headlights

    4th. Generation Chrysler Minivans: 2001-2007
No. I'm running regular halogen headlight bulbs. I'll take everything apart, clean it up and see if that helps. Only reason I'm thinking it's not switch is because DRL don't work.

Hey guys, I got a major issue, I have intermittent no headlights ( park lights still work). When I mean I get no headlights, I mean I do not have DRL, low beam and highbeam. There are days that it wouldn't work and days it works as I'm told (haven't seen van for long enough to diag). But...

  7. 2005 3.3 Changed intake plenum gasket. Now running like on 4 cylinders. Help.

    4th. Generation Chrysler Minivans: 2001-2007
I had the same running rough issue when I did my manifold gaskets. Upon first start up the engine light came on right away for MAF. Plugged that in and still ran rough/ misfired. Then I started playing around with the spark plug wires multiple times and after about 5 minutes of fooling around...

    5th. Generation Chrysler Minivans: 2008-2019
Yea my plastic valve cover cracked when I tried removing the PCV valve after 14 years 313,000 kms at the time. Luckily I had bought a new valve cover at the dealer since I knew that was going happen. New valve cover with PCV cost me $120 CDN. I was burning about 3 liters every 8,000 kms before...

  10. LEDS in halogen headlight housing? Good idea?

    The Fireplace
I'm sure they will do well, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. With my LED fogs I do see pretty nicely in the rain.

    5th. Generation Chrysler Minivans: 2008-2019
Remove the headrest and see what's rattling in the headrest. Other option is aquiring a replacement one.

Not sure. You call the price lol. Since those bezels are hard to find, I'm sure they are worth a decent amount.

Don't think so. Mine was broken and hanging there for 2 weeks until I taped it up. Didn't affect driveability. If anything disconnect it and see what happens. I'm gonna take a peek to see how far it runs tomorrow and get back to you
  14. LEDS in halogen headlight housing? Good idea?

  16. LEDS in halogen headlight housing? Good idea?

    The Fireplace
LEDS came in this morning so I went ahead and installed them. I did do a headlight alignment check before and after and it didn't change what so ever. All I got to do now is check how they are on dark roads. I do like the fact that they match my fogs. Seems like good quality for $55...

Wire tree guy, do you have a picture of the engine bay? I need a vacuum line that Chrysler says is discontinued. Currently mine is put together by tape. As per the dealer, only 2004- 2005s came with that vacuum line, but that makes no sense to me.

Yes they are interchangeable. The bezel is 100% the same between the two. The DVD changed and the storage cubby are exactly the same size.
