I'm looking at purchasing T&C AWD minivan. During the test drive I noticed that while turning there was subtle vibration in the steering wheel much like having four-wheel drive locked in on dry pavement. Is this normal for a AWD minivan? If not, is there a likely cause?

I am looking to completely remove the AWD from my 2002 T&C. I realize the rear diff ect will still be there but the front PTU is leak gear lube and I want to remove it. I read elsewhere the PTU goes between the trans and right front Axle. Any input would be great thank you!!
