I’m going through my van and replacing broken pieces. I’m kinda confused though because the main piece I’m looking for is the front passenger B-pillar for the seatbelt. My original piece is 0rs26wl5ad and the sticker says Taupe. I’ve ordered a replacement and it’s the same exact part number but the sticker says MED Taupe. The color is a little different, the original taupe is more brown and med taupe is more gray. I’ve looked over several online and at different junkyards and can only find med taupe replacement parts. Is there 2 different taupe’s sharing the same part number and the EX is a different color? I’d really like to find the exact color if possible but I’m thinking that might be impossible. Any help would be appreciated.

if you still can't find the exact color after a while, you can always ask a paint shop or auto-body repair shop to color match it, i had to do this for my message center as i couldn't find a navy blue one, it came out perfect and has been great ever since

On your drivers door, there should be a sticker that has info on it like the VIN, build date, etc. It should also have the trim color codes. On mine there at the very bottom right on the sticker and the word "TRM" precedes the codes. If you can find those and post what you find.

I’ll get that today. I just find it strange when looking up part numbers the WL5 is always taupe but there’s different shades of it. I have parts with build dates from 01-03 with the same part number but say taupe or med taupe. I’m wondering if everything was the same originally but the sun over the years has changed it for some.

I like the idea of getting stuff painted too. Do you remember what the cost was? Over the past couple weeks I’ve been getting quotes to have a spoiler installed and a few other things repaired or painted at my local body shops and it’s pretty expensive vs mechanical work.
