My 1998 Plymouth voyagers rear washer.all 3 and the other three on there as well will not stop blinking. They all blink together a yellow color. Plus the rear whiper will just start any time it feels like and will not stop. Its making me crazy. Please help!!!. My passenger window just stops working but every now and then if the vans running and the rpms are a revving it will work 🤷‍♀️

The HVAC lights are blinking? There is a calibration procedure for that, probably listed in the 3rd gen section of the forum (your van is a 3rd gen, 1995-2000). Other problems sound like possible alternator getting weak, bad contacts (brushes) in the window motor passenger side, or corroded wires plugging into the bottom of the fuse box under the hood next to the battery (power distribution block).
