i have a 2004 Dodge Caravan, one day the heat just stopped working. you can feel the heat, but the blower is not working. i was told to check the fuses under the steering wheel and it seems to be good. but the told me to check the relay or the resister and i dont have any idea where it could be. if there is anyone out there with some info on how to check it myself i would be greatful.

Probably the blower motor resistor located behind the glovebox , just lower the glovebox door and you should be able to see it .

Can't tell by looking at it usually . if they go you will "usually" have high speed only because the resistor does not step down the voltage on the high setting so 1-3 will not work but high 4th works . If you have electronic temp control you would replace the electronic power module which controlls the same thing , not sure if that is in the same location or not .
