'08's have a transmission dipstick don't they? I added an external Magnefine filter and cooler on my '08 T&C LX 3.3L 41TE. If I need to change the fluid, pop off a hose and put it into a gallon bucket, start engine, pump out old fluid, top off into dipstick hole at the same time. I do about 10 qts., then put the hose back on. I find ATF+4 to be so good, the fluid goes 100K miles easy for the type of driving I do.
