How many miles?
Coils ever been changed?

Any shop or mechanic will likely tell you it's normal, but we've found the OEM coils to be subpar in general on Pentastar engines, which in turn causes a mild miss at idle.
Usually upgrading to quality coils (MSD/Accel) solves the issue permanently.

cant be the mounts, if it was the shake would be constant, im leaning towards a bad coil
That is not true. If the mount have just small crack then the slight shake will get lost in the vibrations of the moving car. I will post a video what kind of shake mine engine has. I bought new set of mounts, I will change them in the end of the week and the we will see if that helps. However I curious about your problem still, because it might not be the mounts in the end :/.
