Hi guys,
I have a 2014 T&C with a passenger power sliding door that won't open from any electronic control. The window won't work either. I just replaced the wire runner at the bottom of the door that usually should be the issue, but that didn't seem to fix it. The issue started out being intermittent before failing completely. This included the door almost closing completely before retracting. I'm hoping to avoid taking it in, but I'm thinking I might not have a choice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Robert

Need more details to offer a suggestion.
There are 5 ways to open/close the door, do any of these ways work (see below)?
Does the other door work correctly in all ways?
Are there any stored codes?

pillar push button
drivers arm rest buttons
overhead control panel
remote key fob
manual pull on the handle

Thank you for your offer to help. The driver side does work correctly with all means of opening and closing the door. The passenger side will only open manually from the door handle and does not engage the motor. The window also doesn’t open on passenger side either.

Where on the door should I try applying a temporary ground? Where are the regular ones that could go bad?

I tried loosely attaching a wire to different parts of the door and the door connectors and the ground. Unfortunately, nothing changed.

Did you replace the complete wire harness that runs through the track?
The red/white wire in the harness should provide power to the door, check to see if you have 12 volts there.

I did replace the entire wire harness with the Mopar part. I’ll check the red and white with a volt meter.

Sounds like the door is not receiving any power at all. I would check the fuses. Chances are, a broken wire could've caused a short and burned out a fuse.

I was able to test for power on my new cable. I've attached a picture with the connections that I got a reading on. I used my old cable for reference. A mark 1, which had a white and orange wire coming from it, I got 12.25 volts. At connection 2, I got 8v. Connection 3 looked like the ground. When I connect and disconnect the harness, my interior lights come on, like I opened the door. I don't know what the connections should be to know if I am getting the right values.

I looked through those as well, and could only find one fuse that seemed to affect both doors, so I got all or nothing. My driver side still works, so when I pulled the fuse, it stopped that one from working too. When I put it back, only my driver side worked still. Maybe I can't find a specific one? My manual didn't seem to give me detail. Thanks for the suggestion though!
