It's binding in its movement and is stopping as a safety feature. Figure out and remove the binding.
3rd Row Power Seats Rest
Hi,
I have a 2010 Grand Caravan. I've had trouble with the gear separation for the recliners on the 3rd row power seats, however, I have the gears fixed, for now. My problem is the right side seat will begin to stow and get about 3/4 or so down then come up and stop; I have to push it down the rest of the way. Is there a way to reset the seats so that they know where they are in the stowing process so that they will automatically fold down as they should?

Thanks for your reply. I did not find any binding, but that did give me an idea of where I could take my next step. Long story short, after a lot of adjusting and moving the seats around they seem to be working like they should.
