My Questions is: Would I have a good chance of fitting this bumper onto my 99 Voyager, and if so how many modification would I need to make and also when purchasing a body kit that is made for my specific car do they normally come with mesh grills?thanks!

grab a stock bumper cover off 99 cavalir and try to fit it to your van, if you can make it work, then spend the big bucks on the body kit. My guess is that it will not fit. the 98 and 99 cavalirs are basically the same body. Most of all, why would you want to put a body kit on a minivan? That will look way too rice, and is pointless since minivans are not known for their performance.
