I was driving on the highway and the red airbag light came on. The cruise control works fine, the horn is good.
It's still on no matter what I do, I cleaned the seat belt holder and blew it.
I moved the yellow connectors under the seats.
What should I do next?

Other areas to check,
  • Remove the center console trim. Unplug a few connectors on the back of the panel. Now look up into the airbag side of the passenger area. The yellow connector, press it closed more and wiggle it some.
  • Disconnect the battery. Remove the screws on the backside of the steering wheel. Gain access to replace the 'clock-spring' device.

The airbag light on my 2006 has been on for 2 years. I've tried several things with no success yet.

The airbag light on my 2007 TC was a loose connector to the passenger side airbag. The light then went off. (y)

As @VinceBoomBots mentioned, those airbag sensors up front on the bottom side of the bumper frame needs inspection. There is another set in the rear bumper too in hard to reach places.
