Hi! I have a 1990 Dodge Caravan ES with a 3.0L. I have a massive fuel leak coming from the fuel drain tube on the gas tank. The leak happens when I gas it up at the station and it hits full or while I'm driving (randomly start dumping gas). I have passed air through the EVAP hoses and replaced the filler cap, no results... I need help please!

My '86 Caravan LE had that problem, it turned out the filler neck was damaged where it enters the gas tank and fuel would just spill out of it. I had to replace the filler neck where it meets the gas tank opening to solve it.

That was eight years ago though and I don't recall the particulars. But if I put more than twelve or fifteen gallons of gas in the tank some was sure to spill out.
