Buggy here with an 08 4.0 Grand Caravan we named Rocket

I could use a little help please. In a nut shell cat, evap, egr, o2 sensor, o2 heater all go not passed status when I shut the key off. Generally after a 30 mile drive all but o2 sensor/heater will pass. Not always but most the time. It’s been like this for months. No MIL until now po430, po052, po153. I replaced o2 1, bank 2 yesterday today I’ll be cleaning throttle body and checking MAP( it was replaced a few months ago). I’m use to old VWs, am I missing something?
