Dash center cupholder???

It sounds to me that your van does not have the "Super Console" that is attached to the dash.

If this is the case, it has likely dropped all the way down to carpet level behind the lower dash. Rather than just pulling out the cupholder, pop off the whole lower dash ... real easy ... just remove the 4 phillips screw retainters (2 per side) and pull out towards the back seats and you will find what you lost.
