Is the AC coolant system the same or are they separate?
Same Compressor (must be)?
Different evaporator and condensers??

I am getting cold air from the rear vents, but hot in the front vents. This is after a dead battery jump start.

one compressor, one condenser, two evaporators

check blend doors, perform blend door calibration, check system pressure

if the air truly is "hot" and isn't just hot because the vehicle interior is hot, then it's for sure a blend door issue where air is going through the heater core instead

consider just disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it first, or connecting positive and negative cable of the van to each other for a few seconds to fully drain power

Yes, disconnect the battery negative cable, touch it to the positive side to clear residuals, then hook it back up.
That reboot sometimes take care of electrical grimlins.
Compressor and condenser up front, evaporators front and rear.
