So I just replaced my egr in my wife's 2010 t/c after testing and diagnosing that it was bad. Also using my scan tool to clear the dtc but It will not clear. Checked the tube and it is clear and cleaned out. Still getting thebp0406 code... need alittle help where to gobnext

This is caused by the EGR position sensor signal too high (on a 2005, above 4.89 v triggers the code). It can be the valve, the signal circuit shorted to power, the signal return circuit open, or the PCM. I’d start he measuring the signal voltage. If it’s below the threshold the problem is intermittent.
