I have a 2009 Town and Country and can not figure out what’s wrong with the ETC.

Ive replaced the unit twice and the fault code persists. Now the van is getting harder to start and I have to depress the gas pedal during cranking to get it started.

Anyone have any ideas?

What have you replaced, the throttle position sensor? I believe that the whole throttle body must be replaced as the sensor is a part of it?

Maybe there is an issue with the wiring for it, maybe the gas pedal itself is bad or maybe there is a connection issue between the pedal and the throttle body?

The entire throttle body has been replaced with no change. The car starts fine in the morning but has become difficult to start once warmed up, but once started runs fine.

I haven’t replaced the gas pedal but I did check the wiring since there is a bulletin for vehicles with electric adjustable pedals.
