Yesterday my heated seats and steering wheel would not turn on. I checked the fuses and they are good. I changed the setting to have them come on during starts, but still not working. Any thoughts?

I have the same issue in my 2018 Limited, I know what it is but have not had it fixed yet.
Clipped underneath the passenger seat is the CSWM control module, it looks a bit like a PC hard drive. At some point before I owned my van, this unit I suspect was replaced, because the wiring that clips into it was wrapped around the base of the seat, such that when I eventually moved the passenger seat to a certain point, the wiring got ripped and torn. I can see the torn wires. I cannot get my hands to it to repair the wire without removing the passenger seat, plus I think it would be best to get a whole new wiring harness installed at the dealer.
If you can, take a look under your passenger seat, and see if the control unit has dropped loose and is on the floor, possibly with damaged wiring.
