I have a 2003 Caravan that runs great, except when you kick it in passing gear. Then it completely cuts out, let off the gas some and it runs fine again. I changed the crank and cam position sensors because their codes were coming up, but I still have the problem. Any ideas?

Assuming you don't get and diagnostic codes,
Did you check exhaust? could be plugged cat...

In addition to the clogged cat, what about fuel pressure? Had a vehicle that when you floored it, it would stall out as pressure was too low. Once the regulator was swapped, the problem went away.
