Greetings,

I have had this itch for a long time. Seems that one way to treat the symptoms is to buy a minivan.
So here we are :p

Got myself a 2003 Voyager, FWD, SWB, LX, it's got all kinds of different acronyms! 3.3L V6 with 170k miles on it. It didn't cost much, but I guess the sunk cost fallacy will hit me hard once I'll start fixing it.. :p

Some little problems have come to my attention:

DVD player doesn't seem to work. DVD player monitor won't open.
Gear stick on the steering wheel is floppy and annoying.
No powered rear doors or tailgate. Is it even possible to swap powered doors on the Voyager? How big a hassle is it?
I'm also thinking of getting a little lift on the car, propably not more than two inches.

As for the powered sliders and liftgate, I'd say probably more work than it's worth. Also here in the states at least, the SWB vans only had the passenger slider available as powered. The other slider and liftgate were only powered on the LWB vans.
