They are not wired into the reverse lights. If yours came on like that, that was a previous owner's doing. They should only come on when the headlights or markers are on.

You can buy just the sockets and solder them on pretty easy.

 

No what I’m saying is looking on the mopar site it labels with and without backup camera harness. Everything is factory. Bad choice of wording on my end. And I cannot find a replacement. They are three wire sockets. I cannot find those sadly

 

Gonna be hard to find the piece you need, there's a connector in the tailgate right by the latch which connects to the license plate/camera harness, is a part of the piece with the Chrysler or Dodge logo, just below the window.

Most people who sell it, will sell the whole piece, wiring included in it. I'll see if I have a scratched spare but most likely not.
