I am trying to clean my grounds in an attempt to address flickering headlights.

So far I've cleaned the 2 on the strut tower behind the battery and 1 on the motor mount below the exhaust manifold(battery side of engine).

There must be 1 more big one somewhere? Where could I find it?

I added a ground strap (battery cable) from battery neg post to engine block. It was a first step, but it made the crazy dashboard problem go away.

If the engine is cranking ok, that "srtrap" is worthless, better to add a good one from engine to chassis.

If engine is not cranking ok, you better add a big cable instead, a little strap would burn in no time. Even better, check the original negative cable and replace it or fix the problem.
