My 2019 Pacifica would not start yesterday. Battery appeared dead. Headlights did not come on and horn wouldn’t blow.I charged the battery overnight and still starter will not turn. Any ideas?

What do you mean "battery appeared dead" ? Did you check the voltage? Is this vehicle under warranty?

Checked battery it was 10.6 volts. Charged it and it stayed at 10.6 guess a bad cell. Jumped it and drove to dealer. Looks like battery went bad.
