Some libraries have subscriptions to online automotive repair site such as All Data. Library patrons may have to access it from the physical library, depending on the type of subscription the library has. Some libraries also offer access to online automotive references from home. What is offered varies by library system. That is probably why marvinstockman was not specific - PCBlain will have to check with his local library to learn what is available.
