Hello Folks, I have a 1992 Plymouth voyager here in Italy. It is a 3.3 Awd with woodgrain and I have bought it just 2 months ago.

After a week I had first Petcock radiator fault  The fan wire was unconnect, so the fan did not engage and the result was petcock fired somewhere by pressure.
Then I got a new radiator from rockauto, repaired the fan wire and today I still have a great leak from the petcock of the new radiator...

So my question is ..are those petcock so unreliable? Any idea to fix it permanently?
Thank you.

Hmmm, cannot say I've ever heard of another member having an issue with a petcock leaking. Are you sure the petcock of your new radiator is fully closed?
