Jack up the front end, start the engine, and turn the steering wheel slowly lock to lock until all the air is out. Make sure the fluid doesn’t run low. You might have to shut it off and let it sit for a bit if the fluid is very aerated.

Thanks for the instructions on bleeding PS system. After all the fixes on hoses and new pump problem seems to have moved to the rack. Passenger side boot split and has fluid drip.
