Our van's remotes are GONE. (bought it & private seller lost 'em).

:ask_wsignWhat do we do now? Will a dealership program new remotes & at what cost?
Should I buy the remotes from eBay (from a trusted seller of course) & have a dealer program them?

TIA! :beerchug:

I think the instructions for programming remotes is in your owners manual. No need to pay dealer. In that case, you could buy them wherever you find the best deal.

Don't you need at least one remote to do the remote programming yourself? I'd have to double check my Stratus' manual tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure that's the case. If so, buy the remotes wherever you can find the best deal, but they'll have to be programmed by the dealer.

Thanks! I checked my manual. You are correct. My owner's manual states that if you do not have a programmed remote, you should "contact your dealer for details".

Still, your choice as to where to buy them.
