Except for RER and RHR the bluetooth phone connection is with the external uconnect module not the radio so for RBZ phone bluetooth issues look to uconnect module software update not radio software update

you should update the radio software as yours is outdated

you must first update to 33.01.23 then to most current 50.01.01
do not try the 50 until after the 33.01 update or you will brick your unit
