This is on my to-do list. I gotta reverse engineer the 5th gen and 3rd gen AC systems, and figure out how to splice them together. There's no specs or figures to work off of😕

Yeah, trying to find a system diagram led to nothing but pictures of the evaporator boxes that didn't really show much. Probably will have better luck looking up the part numbers since the parts catalogs use different diagrams.

What year is your 3rd gen? I can get the parts list for it.

It's a 1997 Chassis. The suspension and brakes are mostly 2007, the engine is mostly 2010, the transmission is mostly 2001, and the body and interior are completely 1999/2000. I once again considered how much of a problem I have last night when I ordered the ignition system from an Audi A6 for my engine. Besides some Charger 3.5L parts, my 4.0 effectively has the timing system of a Jeep Wrangler 4.0L I6, the ignition system of a V6 Audi, and the intake/fuel system of two Triumph 675 Daytona motorcycles...

I have the parts catalog for every year of Chrysler minivan, import and export, from probably 1996 to 2007, and most of the Factory Service Manuals. I think I have a factory service manual for the Dodge Nitro and 2010 Grand Caravan, but they're the super crappy newer style of manual.
