My passenger side sliding door on my 2010 can't be closed manually or by power. It just clicks. It made a weird clicking noise when it opened and now it is stuck open. Any ideas of what is going on, how to fix it, or how to close it so that I can take it to get fixed? Thank you for your help.

There is a TSB for this so you will need to take it to the dealer. However, according to the TSB, you should be able to close the door manually.

Welcome to the forum.

Try disconnecting the battery and with the disconnected cable touch the other battery cable (even if the other cable still attached to the battery), if loose cable doesn't reach, use a screwdriver or someting as a bridge between both cables. Reconnect the battery cable and see if that help. If it doesn't, disconnect the battery cable again and see if you can manually close the door.

Good luck!

Hi Cas,

Sorry to hear about this! If you decide to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to follow up with them for you if needed. Just PM our page with your VIN and let me know.
