I have a 2010 T+C Touring with 30K and I just took it to the dealer for an intermittent
ticking noise that could be heard underneath the van near the front tires. If I opened the engine compartment the noise could not heard much at all.

Most of the time once the motor was warmed up the sound would diminish or go away
completely, especially if you drive the van then let it sit for a hour or so, and then drive
it again.

I suspected a leaky exhaust manifold. I took it to the dealer and after a day of diagnostics my suspicions were confirmed. Exhaust manifold leak on the right bank.
I take it back in for a week when the parts are in to have repair done.

I just wanted to post in case others had the same sounds/problems and could resolve the problem sooner.

A 2010 with 30k miles will be covered, so cost is nothing. :)
