TPMS reset button on 2011 T&C and other issues

No such button. You have to change pressures with a scanner or AlfaOBD.

Replacing TPMS batteries is not cost effective. Plus you'd have to cut the case of the sensor and be able to seal it up without distortion and without adding sufficient weight. Just replace the sensor.
 
Those type of resets just change the tire pressure it looks for. To do that you'd need AlfaOBD. It can even add new sensors if you have the sensor's broadcast ID.

Most likely the light is on for a dead sensor, which you wouldn't fix with that method.
