There are two plastic tabs on it that you push down and pull the drawer out.

Just look around it, I think they're in the rails, or maybe on the top. I'm not going outside to un-bury mine and check.

 

Yes, top rails. Use a flat bladed screwdriver to to push in the rail, not the tab, one at a time. Just don't break it.

 

Removing and installing the underseat storage drawer

The plastic drawer has tabs that keep it from coming out. They can be pulled in slightly with your finger to get past the stopping point. The drawer comes out quite easily. If you want to put it back in, just get the guides in the tracks and push in just like you would to close the drawer. If you are looking to remove the drawer and install it into another van by the same company (Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler) it involves removing the seat as well. I've removed the drawer system from a 2002 and 2000 and installed them both in a 2003. They used the same design and parts. Just the newer ones have wires connected to the seatbelt and some have heated seats. These wires don't interfere with the drawer operation. What you would need is a standard screwdriver and 15mm wrench. The seat would need to be removed first. Then you will use the screwdriver to remove the screws holding it in place. Installation is the reverse. If you are dealing with the seatbelt wires, just make sure they are secured tot he frame of the seat base or drawer latching bar.

 

Both my van and my old PT cruiser had a drawer only on the passenger side and I added them on the driver's side.. You have to get the drawer and the piece under the seat from the donor vehicle. The seat has to come out to do it.
If it's just the drawer you want to remove then it's just 2 retainers at the inside back of the drawer you pull inward with your fingers. One on each side.
