Head lamp lens taking on water after it rains .

Pass side headlamp light lens allows water to get in and always has water vapour and droplets on lens.

Has anyone fixed this themselves if so how?

Is it missing the cap in the back? Water can get in there or if the lens seal is bad.

There should be rubber caps covering the edges of those holes to keep water from getting in around the bulb. Also there are 4 vent ports (tiny hoses that look like black macaroni). Make sure those point down. If all of that checks out it's probably the lens seal or a crack you aren't seeing.

Without removing the assembly where can I find the vent ports ? Is there a detailed diagram of these assemblies online ? Much appreciated

They are in that picture. You don't need to remove the housings to see them. 1 is in the top corner by the low beam, another directly below the low beam, and 2 above and below the turn signal. They are just small hoses. Sometimes when changing a bulb they may get knocked off or spun around. They need to be on and facing down.

Ok thanks I enlarge picture and I see them, ill check out how they are positioned on my van. Where does the seal run along ? Is it the back or along the top of the assembly?
