I owned a 2003 Chrysler T&C with the 3.8 engine. It had the fabric seats. I liked how it drove. Bought it with low miles. I kept it five years and only major problem occurred after I gave it to my son.
I do like my 2014 T&C. The only reason I keep it is because of the Lifetime Maximum Warranty. I don’t want to spend $40K+ to buy its 2023 equivalent.

4.0 is best, BUT you musr have service records. Timing belt and water pump Must be changed at 100K.

2015+ is best.
They got the bigger brakes.
The rocker issue was "fixed".
At some point gearing in the transmission changed.
