350+ k on a 2007 touring 3.8L owned since new. Transmission just failed. Original engine and transmission. Just re-did complete front end, struts, control arms, sway bar links and bushings, wheel bearings, half shafts and brake pads, got maybe 3k miles before transmission failed. Been a good ride.
I have the same model but with only 242k

2004 Town & Country LX here. About 139,000 miles on it. (Bought it from a used car dealer up in Maryland just before a planned move to Illinois. CARFAX had a pretty comprehensive service history showing it was well maintained and always taken to the dealer for oil changes, etc. Wound up making 4 trips back and forth with it, to get everything moved, and it made all the trips without any issues, so I technically got my money's worth out of it just for that. Renting a U-Haul and factoring in the mileage charges? Buying the minivan was really the better value, especially since I didn't have to figure out how to get back home after dropping it off at some return center when I was done using it!)

But yeah, so far? I've replaced the lock cylinder since it started sticking, and I bought a new wiring harness to fix the passenger-side power sliding door not working. Had Safelite replace the windshield since it developed a long crack in it. Put a new car battery in it on my first trip doing the move because I found the battery was almost dead just from leaving the side door open on it for a few hours. Went with a larger capacity battery and have had zero problems with it since then. Had to replace the rear driver-side tail-light assembly, but that's because some drunk idiot ran into it while it was parked in the street, in front of my house, and left the scene. (Luckily, all they did was shatter it and leave a scratch on my bumper which I can live with.) Oh, and recently, I took it to a local shop to get the front brakes worked on. New pads and resurfaced rotors. I replaced the front headlights too, to get rid of the foggy look of the originals. (Was able to buy those on the same order with the new tail-light assembly.)

My headliner is falling down in front, so I'll probably get that replaced soon. Keeps hitting the top of my head and annoying me while driving! But all of these posts with people getting close to 2x the miles this has on it so far gives me a lot of hope. I think I made a good choice buying this one and might wind up keeping it a while.

Wow can't believe the van is at 180,000 Kms now.Only 20,000 kms to go until the big 200,000 kms. Seems just like yesterday I bought the van. Is their any thing that I should be on a look out for at this point?

Also whats the current mileage on your 4th gen?
300085 AWD original engine Transmission was rebuilt at 158k It needs some suspension work other than that it shows no sign of giving up.
