Window regulator tape

Thank you ? in advance.

I have a 1989 Dodge Caravan SE 3.0 6 cyl. I am a novice person in mechanic stuff. My biggest challenge is removing and reinstalling the regulator tape for the power windows. I have everything ready to go, including the removal of panels and such. I do see rivets in the door panel. I guess I'm not sure what a good regulator installation should look like? Both my driver and passenger side windows need this regulator tapes redone. If I need to saw more room in the door frame for room to remove parts or get room to work in, I will but preferably not. Any suggestions or pictures advice or links to information that would make sense to follow ? would be grateful!

P.S. Any aftermarket headlight replacement (not bulbs) the whole piece to replace the factory plastic ones?

I don't know what you are talking about regulator tape.

Search youtube for instructions on your particular vehicle, that's what someone replying to your question will do, you may as well do it yourself.

I myself have no experience on your particular vehicle year.
Obviously I have done my research. If my question didn't pertain to you specifically, then just ignore the post.
I would look at a shop manual or try to google it.....the flex tracks were used on many cars also from the mid 1980s on up.

You can often use the motor to pull the track along the regulator instead of pulling it on by hand.
Obviously he has done his own research, or so he say. Don't ask him to google it, he is a very instructed person, still don't know why he's asking.
