Or any way without pulling the intake?

You May be able to get at a few of them by reaching around or from the bottom, but the only way to stop leaks is to take it apart and put in the new gasket design. That gasket with tight bolts keeps them leak free.

Which motor do you have? On my 3.0L, I pulled the intake but realized I didnt have to when I went to replace the valve cover gaskets. I think its easier when you remove the wiper cowl.

I replaced the rear spark plugs & wires on my 3.8l T&C AWD by reaching up from underneath once (never doing that again). I was able to reach the top of the valve cover, but it was a tight squeeze and quite a stretch.
In other words, taking the wiper cowl off was the best advice. It's probably possible to reach them all otherwise, but it's really not worth the effort. The wiper cowl comes off in 15-20 minutes.
