My van apperantly has a spare. It has a jack so how do you access the winch with the console in the road? Woukd my van have come with the fix a flat compressor kit also because it's not there?

If you are talking about the super console I believe the stowage compartment in front of the cup holders has a removable rubber bottom, as mentioned above. The winch screw is located there and you use the jack handle to turn it.
For the super console:
1. Pull the lower drawer out from the rear of the floor
console to gain clear access to the tire winch drive nut.
2. Open the front drawer to expose the storage compartment.
3. Remove the liner from the console’s storage compartment
to access the spare tire winch drive nut.

If you have the spare, you don't have the fix-a-flat BS. The tool to access the spare should be in your jack handle bag. It works as a T handle for the winch and a grabber to pull the wheel from under the van.
