I am having issues with my turn signals not working when I turn on the parking lights or the head lights. The wipers do not turn on but the wiper wash does. The turn signals work in the rear but not up front. I have replaced the multi function signal switch or the turn indicator completely but still same issue, no turn signals up front when head lights are on and wipers dont turn on, washer fluid works.

Is this the turn-signals not working day for Caravans made between 2001 and 2007. You are the 4th person to mention this now. This is a rare event.

Did you take the cover off of the IPM fuse and relay box next to the battery. Look at the inside of the cover. Then check the fuse and relay. 1 for turn signals and 1 for wipers.
