Lifetime Max Care Warranty ends?

I bought the Lifetime Maximum Care Warranty with the 2014 Town & Country in October 2014. To date approximately $6500 in warranty work. Last month the $3000 cylinder head replacement occurred. The T&C is now back at the dealership for what may be the other cylinder head replacement and a park assist failure. Potentially, $3500+ repair. Dangerously close to the dreaded quote from Form number LM1012 page 1 “Total cost of the repairs per visit less deductible, or the cash value of the vehicle whichever is less!” The value is based on NADA pricing guide valuation.
Has anybody been confronted with the buyout issue? I’m concerned their valuation may fall short of the $6250 I determined on the NADA website. How do you fight that battle?
Vehicle has 135,000 miles and all maintenance and repairs performed at CJDR dealerships.

The van itself, except for the engine issues, looks and works good. The decision involves trading for a $44,000 Pacifica with virtually the same options as the 30th Anniversary Edition. Throwing a few more thousand over the next few years is cheaper than buying new. Cosmetically, it looks excellent after a wash and wax.

I was called today from the service department. The cylinder head will be replaced. Trouble was in #6 cylinder. That will be the second drivers side cylinder head in 2 months. Based on previous quote thats $6000 for two cylinder heads. Park assist trouble will be resolved also.
Appears to be covered by warranty.

Picked up the car at the dealer yesterday. Service advisor valued the work at $3600.
Cylinder Head replacement (#6 cylinder this time) and replaced the rear park assist cable.
Over the past few days I’ve been shopping for a new SUV to replace the T&C. Another exercise in frustration. I used several pricing tools to determine value. I went to the dealership that had the vehicle I wanted and their pricing tool showed the price I’d accept for the minivan. The deal was almost done until the sales manager priced the minivan…$3500. Way below the dealership’s pricing tool.
I have the 30th Anniversary Edition. The interior is clean and when the vehicle comes out of the car wash it looks new. Runs and drives perfectly and everything works. Down side. Dime sized rust spot near passenger side quarter panel and 135,000 miles.
I went to several local CJDR dealers and their offers were below Carvana. My plan now is to drive the van until, if and when, I get the buyout offer from Stellantis.
