@FLPacifica, van looks great! Any performance updates since your last comment about 18 months ago? I just bought a white 2018 Limited, has the factory 20" Wheels, getting it tinted this week, ppf, ceramic as well. Now looking for performance upgrades. I've seen the pedal commanders and it's on my list, anything else you've seen or recommend? Thanks!

Lloyds "luxe" custom mat set. Custom "Chrysler" embroidery all 3 rows and rear cargo area. Blue LED cupholder lighting. Stainless brushed Mopar pedals. Blue LED door handle and lower storage LED replacements. Satin blue "brushed " door accents, dash bezel and steering wheel accents. Aluminum billet seat button covers.Proclip custom phone mount. Console top refinished in high gloss piano black to match existing dash panels. "Chrysler" projector LED welcome lights on both front doors triggered by IR sensor. "Pacifica" stainless step guards.
Exterior
Tinted front windows (20%) , fog light bezels refinished bright white. Front grille trim refinished satin black. .Satin black wrapped roof rack runners. OEM Mopar running boards and splash guards..Chrysler front and rear emblems refinished satin black. Engine cover and intake snorkel custom painted and rebadged. . Custom Stealth audio sealed sub box with Infinity 12" sub Woofer and Rockford fosgate Amp. and LOC.

Custom built retrofitted headlights with Quad projectors . Morimoto Mini HB LED High beam projector, Etched ZR3 clear lens in low beam. quad blue demon eyes, quad Profile Prism switchback Halos, Profile Switchback sequential DRL/turn signal , interior housing refinished gloss black with Bright white shrouds.Osram CBB DS3 bulbs.VLeds V6 triton 5K Cree Led 1300 lumen back up bulbs. Custom painted and finished Verde Invictus V24 22" x 9.5" with Lexani LX twenty 265/40/22 Megan Racing extended studs and custom 12mm spacers. "Mopar" caliper covers . Chrome extra length lug nuts with blue anodised covers.

Like your Pacifica - I have a couple questions:
~ Are the fuel injectors on a '18-20 Pacifica truly 24lb? or the standard 19lb
~ Is the suspension of a Paciifica the same as my '16 GC - Front struts, rear coils w/shocks?
~ Is the front sway bar on a Pacificia 28.5mm?
~ I'm building a ultra low mileage '16 GC in white (29,500 miles) - Going to call it "Blizzard GC" - I have a wheel company making me a set of 20x8.5", 38mm offset, powder coated white wheels (w/ 255/45/20 rubber) - What hurdles did you have to jump through to go 22's?
~ Does your Pacifica have a rear sway bar?
I will start with that - I have a bunch more questions but let's start with these.

 

Switched out the receiver and screen with one from a 2019 to get Apple Carplay and Android auto (not available on 2017)...did a dash color change at the same time.

 

Oh wow all of it looks beautiful. How did you find the right screen and receiver for it? Nothing is coming up when I try. I currently have a 2017 Limited Edition with Uconnect 8.4 I believe with the two back screens and all HDMI and USB ports. Can I use the same screen or does it need to be a different screen. Thanks so much for the help!

Sweet!!! I realize this is an older post, but I just had to tell you how awesome your van is! We have looked at the Pacificas, but one thing I'm just not sold on is the interior, color choices or design. The way you have incorporated the exterior to match, makes it so cohesive and looks very cool! Love it!!

If you've ever heard a Nissan GTR with straights on, that what Caraline sounded like with the main muffler straight piped. Even with the resonator and secondary muffler, it was deafening. You can find clips of a straight piped Caravan on YouTube, but that thing is silent compared to mine with the main muffler delete. Guess the intake I have changes the sound quiet a bit. (More air = more BOOM!)

If you get a response, let me know. I'd much rather have that guy do my tune than the other.

 

Very cool, I just wish they would come out with a SRT Hellcat Pacifica !..mind you, it would probably be waaay overpriced ! I heard a straight pipe done on a Pacifica and TBH it sounded awful !! obnoxious and loud ! I found another site that looks promising.....lists a tune for the Pacifica 3.6 running 87 octane or 91/93 or E85. Claims 30HP gains on stock (no bolt ons) with the E85. :: Overkill Motorsports ::

• modified aftermarket Challenger cold air intake (ram air through fog light bezel)
• Borla ProXS muffler in place of main muffler (straight pipes were too damn loud)
• NGK Ruthenium spark plugs
• polyurethane filled engine and trans mounts
• modified Wrangler coolant crossover (heater pipe had to be bent to fit)
• Wrangler thermostat (planning to switch to the 180 thermostat core after tune)
• brake cooling ports from a set of Lexus fender liners
• factory big brake upgrade (came with light duty brakes)
• vented wiper cowl (to keep engine cooler)
• 3/16" lift on rear spoiler
• travel limiting bushings on front control arms
• P265/45R17s (increases tire width by over 1" from stock, great traction from a dig)
• Monroe Sensatrac coil assisted rear shocks

Non performance mods are few, but they are:

• T&C HID conversion
• LED high beams, fog lights, and reverse lights
• turn signal activated underglow
• 10" subwoofer under front passenger seat (had to be raised 3/4")
• bass sensitive LED under-dash lighting
• Heads up display

I do eventually plan to add forced induction. I would hope to go the supercharger route, but might be stuck doing a turbo setup. Still holding out hope for a combination engine mount/supercharger idler pulley bracket. Challengers can make 440HP with the supercharger, so there's plenty of gains to be had.

With my mods I've been told to expect 40-50HP gains after a tune, but I think 30-35 is more reasonable. I'm all for being wrong on that though. Currently it will surprise anyone running the same engine stock. Keeps pace with V6 Challengers, will get out on V6 Chargers and Durangos. Last time I clocked a 1/4 mile it was 17.15s @ 111 MPH. I've added the Pacifica parts since then. Hoping the tune will get me into the low 15s or better.

 

Yeah, took a good while for Caravan support to come out too. As far as I know HP Tuners is the only one that supports the Caravan and Pacifica. Not sure if the Pacifica is officially supported, but they do have a stock tune file for one in their tune repository.

There was a place that did Caravan tunes up in Canada (Overkill Motorsports) but my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. Found a guy in MS that's experienced with the 3.6L but not in the Caravan and he said he'd do a tune for me. Just got to log my data first. Will post results in the performance forum.

 

I'll contact HP tuners and see what they offer. So what have you done to your Caravan so far as far as performance mods ?

I try not to stand out too much. I'm more about power. Without my underglow on, I'm just another van. Just got a tuner and will be unleashing the true power of my mods soon. Lot of my upgrade parts are stock for Pacificas.

 

Would love to find a tuning option for mine. but have had no luck finding anyone locally. So many tuners for the dodge Pentastar 3.6 but none of those guys want to know about the Pacifica. Keep me posted on your progress and thanks for your compliment !
