2008 Touring Upholstery Coming Undone

Hi Folks -

Apparently my son decided to deconstruct the back of the front passenger seat. He has managed to kick and pull the upholstery out from behind the plastic seat back cover. There are some plastic clips attached to the upholstery as if it could be hooked back into place. I post here because I have no idea how to take the seat apart to put the upholstery back again.

I don't know for sure. But I'd think that the plastic on teh back should be snapped on/off. Once that is off, you should be able to reattach those clips.

*Just a guess though*

Do you know if it does just snap off? I don't want to yank it off and have it never go back on properly.

seat back panel removal:

"Carefully disengage the three J-type retaining hooks (2) that secure the top of the seat back panel (1) to the rear of the seat back.
Slide the seat back panel to one side of the seat back and push on the four side tabs (3) until they disengage.
Lift the seat back panel upward to disengage the two lower retaining hooks (4) and remove the panel from the seat back."
