I have been researching many forums and have spoken with many other Pacifica owners. There is a consistent problem with coolant leaks into the cylinders of the engines. I bought my car in 2023 it has ~112,000 miles on it. Initially the automatic stop/start quit functioning, then the check engine light with a cylinder misfire. Upon getting this checked it was determined that coolant is leaking from a head gasket into the cylinder causing misfire. This is a common problem with these vehicles. It is unfair that consumers are having to handle your misstep and poor business practices for not recalling this common issue. I am a single mother of 3 children, one who has a disability, and now am being told I need an entirely new engine. I cannot afford that cost or the cost of buying a new vehicle. Chrysler should be assisting its "valued" consumers in fixing this issue. What does Chrysler plan to do? @ChryslerCares

Wow that sounds strange. Sorry to hear. We called the dealer and they assured us that the car would be under warranty. After about a week just before we took it in the light mysteriously turned off and has been off ever since. We skipped our appointment and they said to come in if there's any problem. Still strange but all seems ok for now fingers crossed, just passed 1100 on the odometer. Good luck with that. You may want to try contacting another Chrysler dealership. You could also ask about the package they try to sell you (we passed after hearing it was our only chance and then got a letter in the mail advertising it again) around maintenance to see if you could get a deal with that and leverage it to fix your car. Can be hard to believe that people are being honest sometimes which feels awful with such a big purchase. Make sure you document all your communications. Do you know any lawyers who could support you with a strongly worded letter? Wishing you all the best.
