I have been researching many forums and have spoken with many other Pacifica owners. There is a consistent problem with coolant leaks into the cylinders of the engines. I bought my car in 2023 it has ~112,000 miles on it. Initially the automatic stop/start quit functioning, then the check engine light with a cylinder misfire. Upon getting this checked it was determined that coolant is leaking from a head gasket into the cylinder causing misfire. This is a common problem with these vehicles. It is unfair that consumers are having to handle your misstep and poor business practices for not recalling this common issue. I am a single mother of 3 children, one who has a disability, and now am being told I need an entirely new engine. I cannot afford that cost or the cost of buying a new vehicle. Chrysler should be assisting its "valued" consumers in fixing this issue. What does Chrysler plan to do? @ChryslerCares
